Meditation
I frequently use a brief guided meditation to begin sessions so that we can arrive in the moment and space we are in, and really open up and tap into the highest best knowing we have within ourselves to get the most honest and true answers.

Tarot
Tarot is a wonderful tool for connecting with your intuition and unconscious mind through visual imagery and archetypal symbols. It can offer a fresh perspective or connect with thoughts/feelings you may not realize you were having.

Intuitive Image Work
This practice is a go-to with clients when I can sense something is going on beneath the surface, or we can both feel there is some deep unconscious belief or experience that is wanting to be heard from but we can’t quite get to it in the usual logical or strategic ways.

Archetype Work
Archetypes are powerful because they already exist in our consciousness as a point of reference - and we all have them! The power of tapping into and harnessing these larger

So much of the work I do is getting to deeply know the person I am working with, as they get to intimately know themselves.
There are lots of ways in to this, but here are the primary practices I rely on:
Meditation
I have been a daily meditator since 2009 and I am a deep believer in its transformational powers. This simple act repeated daily started to help me make sense of the world around me, and profoundly affected all of my creative output.
Like a lot of “inner work” meditation is a practice that strengthens over time. It’s not a quick fix (though sometimes it can really help in a stressful situation!) but it can be a life long process of going inward and getting to truly know ones self.
I frequently use a brief guided meditation to begin sessions so that we can arrive in the moment and space we are in, and really open up and tap into the highest best knowing we have within ourselves to get the most honest and true answers.
In a session this might look like:
Arrival- to get present and let go of all the “to-do’s” we have done already and yet to do
Grounding to help us get out of our heads and into our bodies and connect with the earth
Heart opening - to get the truest answers
Energetic - to raise the energy of the session
It is a resource and tool that when strengthened and practiced regularly, is something you can call on and the more she practiced the more she realized how deeply both creativity and spirituality/magic/inner work (whatever you feel comfortable calling it!) are deeply intertwined
In a noisy world, strengthening the muscle of quiet reflection and learning to raise the antennae of intuition, helps you separate the “signal from the noise” so that you can hear the quiet voice in you that is leading you to your highest self, your deepest knowing of the answers you are seeking.
I have completed multiple meditation courses, experienced silent retreats, and have practiced several styles of meditation including Mindfulness, Vipasana, Journeying, and since 2025 I have been practicing TM.
Tarot
My personal approach to tarot is to focus more on it as a reflective/intuitive tool as opposed to predictive, which helps focus on personal growth and mind/body/spirit themes.
When I feel a situation, challenge or specific question calls for it, I will sometimes ask the person I am working with “would you like to pull a card around that?”
Tarot is a wonderful tool for connecting with your intuition and unconscious mind through visual imagery and archetypal symbols. It can offer a fresh perspective or connect with thoughts/feelings you may not realize you were having.
Some examples might be:
What career transition or change would be advised for me at this stage in my life/career?
What is my soul's purpose, and how can I integrate it with my daily work?
What hidden talents can I leverage for a fulfilling career?
What shadow qualities within myself might be holding me back in my career?
What is the most important thing for me to focus on right now in my career?
What is my biggest fear related to my career, and how can I overcome it?
I have been pulling and reading cards for almost 10 years and in 2021 received my Advanced Tarot Reading Certification. I pull cards daily for myself and at the most important crossroads in my life (I almost always have a deck in my bag!) and have come to love and value it as one of the most sacred tools in my own personal and professional development.
Intuitive Image Work (aka SoulCollage®)
In 2016, I attended a SoulCollage® workshop focusing on Dreamwork. This practice created by a Jungian Psychologist of collaging and then reading images blew my mind from the very first workshop, and I have been doing this practice of intuitive image work ever since. I am continuously amazed at the beautiful clarity and healing power images we make with our own hands and how they can give us deep, resonant insights.
This practice is a go-to with clients when I can sense something is going on beneath the surface, or we can both feel there is some deep unconscious belief or experience that is wanting to be heard from but we can’t quite get to it in the usual logical or strategic ways.
Some examples might be:
Make an image for you/your business
Create a vision for your perfect client or partner
Some undefined energy is holding you back: make an image and see what comes to the surface
This therapeutic collage practice is both a fun and deceptively easy “shortcut” to your unconscious. First you make the image (fun! easy!) and then I guide you through reading/understanding what that image has to say (this is the fun shock and WOW part!) The insights I have watched people experience along with my own, have been profound, and I have people still talk to me years later about images they created that serve as guideposts and north stars for their life decisions.
In 2018 I completed my facilitator training, began leading events and workshops in person and online under the name ARTxMAGIC (ART BY MAGIC).
Archetypal Work
“Archetypes are universal patterns of energy, appearing in every culture across time, yet known by many names.” – Seena Frost
“The concept of an archetype indicates the existence of definite forms in the psyche which seem to be present always and everywhere… In addition to our immediate consciousness, which is of a thoroughly personal nature… there exists a second psychic system of a collective, universal, and impersonal nature…” (the collective unconscious) - Carl Jung

“What is most personal is most universal.” —Carl R. Rogers
In the same way, when we get to a deep personal truth about ourselves, that is often the connecting point that loops us back into the collective experience as well.
